 2xy-x = 2y

x(2y-1) =2y 

=> x = 2y/(2y-1)

=> x = (2y-1+1)/(2y-1)

=> x = 1+ 1 /(2y-1)

For x to be an integer 1/(2y-1) should be an integer value

Hence 2y-1 can only take 1 or -1

So y will be 1 or 0.

For natural number only 1 is acceptable

When y= 1 , then x =2

Hence only 1 solution
