    Sir, there was an error in the question due to which the given options were appearing wrong.

    If you see, in the solution, you have used AD=20, as that is the only way you can get AF=AC=25. And then you have calculated AP=12. However, in the question / diagram, you have said that AD (a side of the rectangle) =12. This would lead to a different answer.
