A Guitar was sold at 13% loss. But if the Selling price had been 551 more then the profit made would have been 16%. Find the actual selling price of the Guitar?
Answer: (4) 1653 Solution: Cost price = C 87% of C = selling price 0.87C = S now if the Selling price is 551 more then it becomes 116% of cost price now 0.87C+ 551 = 1.16 C 0.29C = 551 C= 1900 Hence the current selling price is 87% of 1900 = 1653
