## Quant Question Of The Day: 254

**‘x’ as percentage of ‘(x+y)’is same as ‘y’ as percentage of ‘(x-y)’. Then ‘x’ is what percentage of ‘y’. **

**100%****241%****50%****141%**

**Solution for Quant question of the day: 253**

**400 = 2^4 * 5^2**

**a and b are two numbers that give lcm 400. **

**One of them have 2^4 and others has any power of 2 upto 4**

**0 4, 1 4, 2 4, 3 4, 4 0, 4 1, 4 2, 4 3, 4 4**

**which is 9 pairs**

**Same way one of them have 5^2 and other has any power of 5 upto 5**

**0 2, 1 2, 2 0, 2 1, 2 2**

**which is 5 pairs**

**hence total 9*5 = 45 ordered pairs**

**but we don’t want ordered pairs, hence 23 pairs.**
