## Quant Question Of The Day: 255

**If Z is a set of 3 numbers, which are not co-prime to each other and none of them is multiple of other, then what is the minimum LCM of these 3 numbers**

**60****8****24****30**

**Solution for Quant Question of the day: 254**

**a/(a+b) = b/(a-b)**

**Let’s divide the entire equation by ‘b’ (let’s say a/b = k)**

**so k/(k+1) = 1/(k-1)**

**k(k-1) = (k+1)**

**k^2-k = k+1**

**k^2-2k = 1**

**k^2-2k+1 = 2**

**(k-1)^2 = 2**

**k-1 = (2)^0.5**

**k =1.41+1 = 2.41**

**hence a/b = 2.41 , so ‘a’ is 241% of ‘b’**
