    Ans= 9?
    Sum of 2 sides should be greater than than the 3rd side.
    5+12= 17 it means 3rd side is less than 17
    13,14,15,16
    Four values till now
    Now 12-5=7
    (Taking 12, the longer side)
    3rd no should be more than 7
    Values possible are: 8,9,10,11,12
    Five more possible values.

    Hence ans can be 9
