    The answer is 1.

    Explanation:

Seeing the second blank, 1. and 4. fit. For the first blank, option 1. fits best as to ‘galvanise’ means to shock or excite (someone) into taking action, which cannot be inferred from the sentence. The sentence only speaks of onlookers.

Breach: (of a whale) rise and break through the surface of the water

Pique: feel irritated or resentful resulting from a slight, especially to one’s pride.

Bellow: (of a person or animal) emit a deep loud roar, typically in pain or anger.

Vex: make (someone) feel annoyed, frustrated, or worried, especially with trivial matters.

    Yawp: shout or exclaim hoarsely.
