The odd one out is 3rd statement.
Ans. 3rd statement
All other statements talk about the impact of net neutrality
1
3
The odd sentence is 3 Because all other sentences talk about the forthcoming implications of net neutrality meaning there was no net neutrality earlier. But sentence 3 talks about an already existing regime where net neutrality is present.

3 is odd
Reason
All other talk about net neutrality and line of thinking is about impact of net neutrality. Be it what it does and how India accept it.
3 on contrary talks about not having net neutrality as it means that internet is already neutral which is not very much in line.

Explanation:
The answer is sentence 3. All the other sentences explicitly mention net neutrality, or list its future implications. Sentence 3 is a comment on how the internet scenario has been in the past.
Hi Sir, I got option 1 as my answer. My reason being that all other talks about the benefits of the Net Neutrality and how it will bring innovation or has helped businesses. But option 1 is a general statement. Is this reasoning incorrect?
Even if one considers sentence 1 to contain only benefits, sentence 2 clearly does not fit that theme, Richa. It does not mention any benefits of net neutrality.
